Brilliance. Sheer brilliance.
8-Bit comrades! Let us... %u0426%u0418%u0406%u0422%u0415!
Excellent rendition, sir.
Because there's no escaping or running when the problem is in your mind.
Good work, sir.
Nostalgia for the win.
Best. Game. Ever.
Glad to hear the theme re-arranged.
I will write when I'm dying.
Regardless of my sanity fail, I'd like to introduce you to a Seven out of 10 of B in a 12 Base Universe.
It's good. But I can't feel the soul. I can't feel the click.
Maybe it's my own fault, but I think the best way to describe it is this.
Given I like the chimes near the end. More of that, maybe. This has been an INVALID OPINION.
What a relief.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who hears it.
Could use a better beat in my opinion. But opinions opinions, right?
Alright, I know I'm not the first one telling you this... But it's not quite Ska.
Regardless, sounds great.
I think the horns could use a bit more of a crisp sound. Sounds a bit dull as far as audio quality goes. But it could just be me.
Not trying to be a jerk or anything. Just a bit of constructive criticism.
Other then that, great! It reminds me of Modest Mouse's early (early) albums.
Can't wait to hear more from you guys.
Ever considered trying Dance-hall Ska?
In point-by-point order:
We call ourselves Ska, and are gradually conforming to Ska. I like to think we're closer to ska then anything else. I'm glad you think it sounds good, though!
It was indeed a poor recording. Hopefully the new tracks will be more to your liking. I've always liked a crispness to the horn section, even verging on blatting, but that's just me.
Constructive criticism is great! Thank you!
Can't say I've heard Modest Mouse's early albums, but again, that's just me. Thanks anyways! :P
We've all considered it, and it's not ruled out by any means. We'll see how things go.
Thanks for the review, Mr. Bucket!
The drums are brilliant.
Though, you could make more 'music'. It just seems kind of empty, and it's a bit repetitive.
thanks mate... will do next time:)
Nice and Strange!
You know what,
(I've been saying this a lot, lately...)
This sounds like it'd be in 'We Are The Strange'! Just carries that creepy 8-bit sound. Though, none of it sounds 8-Bit.
The drums were great. The piano was a nice touch, though I thought it had to many soft spots, it's still fine because the piano is great. Simple but effective!
You have my five.
Wow, that's pretty sweet!
I know it's from 'The Nightmare Before Christmas', but it really reminds me of 'We Are The Strange'. Probably because of its 8-Bit-ness!
Though, I think it'd be interesting with drums. Not necessary, but as nice experiment none the less!
The ending was a bit sudden, too.
Ah, jeese. I'm a sucker for orchestra music! Great job! What program did you use?
